As part of our EY-GDS team, you will be expected to support Procurement Implementations and Digital Transformation projects.The opportunityBy joining our team, you will assist clients in enhancing their supply chain efficiency. Utilizing EY GDS-SC&O's proprietary frameworks, you will help clients improve the reliability, flexibility, and responsiveness of their supply chain while reducing the total cost.We're looking for a Consultant/Senior Consultant with consulting/implementation experience across procurement tools such as Coupa, Ariba, SAP, Oracle, and other e-procurement tools.Your key responsibilitiesWork with the extended team and/or client to design and deliver actionable supply chain transformation projects.Understand the As-Is process and end-to-end requirements and translate them to functional specifications to propose the To-Be process.Configure the Procurement system in line with client business processes.Perform user acceptance testing and system integration testing along with customer system users and the technical team.Document all customer business processes and prepare process documentation.Conduct training sessions for customers and suppliers.Prepare for go-live and check go-live readiness status.Provide support during the post go-live hyper care period.Skills and attributes for successUnderstanding of source-to-pay processes and the technology landscape.Effective communication skills and experience in a customer-facing role.Ability to work independently and proactively.To qualify for the role, you must haveMinimum 5 years of relevant business or consulting experience.Experience in using technology solutions for processes such as sourcing, supplier management, contracting, order creation, invoicing, data integration, and risk management.Knowledge of implementing Ariba (or comparable) systems, in addition to user know-how.Experience with system requirements collection, design, configuration, testing, and support.Proficiency in Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for clients and management.Self-motivated and highly focused individual.Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking, and passion for planning.Ideally, you'll also haveExperience in Data Visualization using Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.Technical background related to system configuration and setup.What we look forTechnical experience, commercial acumen, and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment.Strong experience in new technologies used within procurement and finance areas
