.As a Senior Director of Sales and Account Management for Mexico, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth, managing a high-performing team, and developing key business opportunities across the region. This leadership position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in supply chain and logistics, as well as the ability to navigate complex customer needs, foster collaboration across teams, and exceed financial targets. You will be responsible for managing the region's sales pipeline, guiding your team to success, and ensuring seamless execution of strategies to expand our presence in Mexico.About the RoleHow you will contributeLead, manage, support and develop a growing team of Sales & Account Management staff from a diverse range of backgrounds and cultures.Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan aimed at identifying the top regional/industry opportunities and expanding business to new accounts.Manage regional teams' up-to-date pipeline of current and future opportunities, quantifying number of opportunities, value of the opportunity and managing the probability to win.Leverage company resources (solution experts, industry experts, operations, executive support) to assist in developing opportunities and accounts.Meet and exceed financial growth targets for the Mexico region.Maintain understanding of customers' expectations relative to operational solutions, costs and results. Advise operations and functions of expectations.Grow the business in all applicable industry verticals by ensuring flawless execution and enhancing the relationship with current customers.Utilize market intelligence to stay abreast of opportunities with assigned accounts and other potential opportunities.Foster a close cooperation between Account Management, Business Development, Operations and all functions (IT, HR, Finance, etc.).Plan, schedule and facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews with assigned strategic accounts.Execute "Must Win" methodology and address our competitive position while increasing brand awareness, diversifying our service offering and identifying ways to augment our portfolio.Ensure all new business wins and submitted bids are in accordance with our internal financial rules.Other duties as assigned.Your Key QualificationsBS in Engineering, Business or related field required; Master's degree (M.B.A.) or equivalent preferred.Must have at least 10 years experience in supply chain or logistics and have a minimum track record of 5 years in winning new clients within the Contract Logistics Service segment.Experience within a similar role with experience for regional profitability for assigned service or customer.Exceptional customer orientation and ability to develop solutions that meet both customers' and company's expectations.Environmental, Quality & Safety requirementsQualityConform to the processes and requirements of our integrated management system
