Senior Director, Global Market Research Position Summary: Reporting to the VP Insights & Analytics, you will cover PMR responsibilities across US, International and above-market functions. As the lead of the global market research share service, you will be responsible for overseeing all primary market research across Behring commercial unit. You will lead the CoE and shared services (i.E. end-to-end delivery) managing market research needs across above listed stakeholders. This position is critical for framing, investigating, and answering key business questions globally and regionally, influencing R&D and clinical programs, guiding asset strategy, and contributing to promotional and marketing material development. Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Lead a team which is responsible for designing and implementing all CSL Behring primary market research studies covering all CSLB regions and therapeutic areas which generate > $10b in annual revenues. Provide critical insights to marketing, medical and market access to inform functional and brand development of strategy and executional deployment. Lead team of technical subject matter experts supporting affiliates and functions around the globe towards HCPs, patients or payors – to gather insights on market trends, customer choices & behaviors, and competitive dynamics. Key business partner, proactively identifying solutions to key business questions and driving innovative approaches to enhance commercial insight generation. Responsible for governance, quality, resourcing, and vendor strategy. Drive excellence in overall primary market research methodologies and develop a best-in-class global shared services team. Qualifications & Experience Requirements: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree with preferred focus in a scientific or business field. Post graduate qualifications preferred. 15+ years experience in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry, including 10+ years of experience running/leading MR teams in biotech/pharma industry. Strong interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport and credibility with CSL leaders and key external stakeholders. Knowledge of relevant business, legal, compliance and regulatory requirements. Multiple years' experience leading and managing teams in an international environment and with matrixed, cross-functional teams. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Familiarity with global regulations and cultural nuances. Strong Change and Leadership skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
