This pivotal role within our Accounting team requires deep knowledge of international tax environments, advanced strategic thinking in tax and transfer pricing, and oversight of worldwide tax compliance. The ideal candidate will be an adept leader capable of navigating complex tax landscapes and providing strategic direction to optimize our global tax position.What You'll DoStrategic Tax Planning and Risk Management:Develop and implement long-term global tax strategies aligned with corporate goals and regulatory changes.Advise senior management on the tax implications of various strategic decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, and business expansions.Mitigate tax risks through strategic planning, establishment of internal controls, and continuous monitoring of global tax environments.Transfer Pricing Management:Design and implement transfer pricing policies that align with our business strategy and comply with international guidelines.Oversee the preparation and defense of transfer pricing documentation and intercompany agreements.Ensure the company's transfer pricing strategies are compliant and optimized for tax efficiency.Global Tax Compliance:Oversee all aspects of global tax compliance, including the preparation, review, and timely filing of tax returns in various jurisdictions.Manage and mentor a global team responsible for tax compliance and reporting.Ensure adherence to both local and international tax regulations and reporting requirements
