Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Cargill Risk Management has offices in 11 countries.The Sales Senior Director - Cargill Risk Management (CRM) role, based in Mexico, will be part of the North American team (includes Canada, U.S., and Mexico), with focus on servicing agricultural clients in Mexico.In this role, the Sales Senior Director will be responsible to sell a variety of complex risk management solutions in multiple commodities for existing clients, develop new markets and new customers, as well as build strong partnerships internally and externally.
In addition, the Senior Sales Director will work cross-functionally to share relevant market information, product strategies, and customer insights with peers across the business for adoption in other markets or geographies.LI-AMORALESLI-Hybrid Key Accountabilities- Help develop and implement strategies focused on growing client base within defined market segments.- Implement processes to produce new account revenue aligned with current organization and individual targets and quotas.- Collaborate on complex accounts, products and services, sales or account management process.- Deliver high quality customer service and resolve issues quickly to retain current clients.- Plan and implement sales to our major accounts where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities and account management skills are key.- Provide expert thought leadership in your field and work with limited direction, using additional research and interpretation to identify issues or problems.
