We are an entrepreneurial-minded organization that welcomes and supports individual ideas and strategies.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to manage and coordinate the daily operations of our land logistics services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of logistics processes, and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers and clients.Schedules: Mornings: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, Evenings: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Nights: 11:00 pm - 7:00 amResponsibilities:Coordinate the dispatch of trucks and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.Monitor and track shipments to optimize routes and delivery schedules.Communicate with drivers regarding schedules, updates, and any issues that arise.Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and operations, to ensure smooth logistics processes.Maintain accurate records of dispatch operations, including shipment details and driver logs.Resolve any logistical issues that may arise during transit.Assist in the evaluation and improvement of dispatch processes and procedures.Minimum Requirements:Intermediate English is a must.High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.Previous experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.Benefits:International training.Life insurance.Savings fund.Healthcare Benefit Package.Food coupons.Career growth.High competitive salary.Performance-based bonus and Christmas bonus.Christmas Loyalty Bonus.In Charger Logistics, we care about giving equal opportunities to each candidate and employee.
