Senior Document Control Engineer

Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Lead the document control process, ensuring that all engineering documents, specifications, and manuals are accurate, up-to-date, and well-organized.

Collaborate with engineering teams to gather and verify technical data, making sure it is properly documented and stored.

Establish and maintain a system for document version control, tracking revisions and ensuring proper approvals are obtained.

Ensure compliance with company quality standards and industry regulations related to documentation and record-keeping.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline document workflows and enhance efficiency.

Train and mentor junior document control staff, providing guidance on best practices and processes.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience as a Document Control Engineer in a technical or engineering environment, with at least (X) years of experience.

Strong familiarity with document control systems and software.

Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.

Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.
