With our strong presence in the region and our talented team, we are well-positioned to deliver innovative solutions that improve the safety and reliability of vehicles.**Your Role**:- Create design documentation / Work Products (schematics, PCBs, electrical characteristics, etc.) as defined in Stages (as applicable) or EOS (as applicable)- Follow Electrical Engineering processes as defined in Stages (as applicable) or EOS (as applicable)- Perform Circuit calculations, simulations and verification- Work with various ASUX competencies (SYS, SW, MEx. ME) and Subject Matter Experts at the Design Development to create robust HW design in accordance to the identified requirements and standards.- Lead or support a Leading Engineer during the development of an Electronic Design for the specified system/subsystem- Perform (as applicable) all necessary Critical Safety Design Analysis at the Hardware level- Perform (as applicable) all necessary Quality Oriented Analysis including Special Characteristics at the Hardware level- Provide guidance and support to the other Competencies during HW development- Actively support all project meetings and Peer Reviews (at local and global level)- Provide as a Subject Matter Expert (as applicable) guidance on requested design changes requests, deviation requests and escalation reviews related to HW designs- Create Work Products as required by Electrical Engineering processes and defined in Stages- Follow Critical Safety Design and Quality processes (as applicable)- Participate and lead Project Reviews**Your Background**:- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.- 5-10 years of experience in automotive electronic design or a similar role, with expertise in worst-case circuit analysis and utilization of Mentor Graphics toolset.- Extensive knowledge of circuit design and simulation tools (e.G., Altium, CADENCE,DxDesigner, HyperLynx, Mathcad, Maple).- Strong understanding of automotive industry standards and regulations, including worst-case considerations (e.G., ISO 26262).- Proven track record in leading complex design projects and delivering successful outcomes, with a focus on worst-case analysis and Mentor Graphics toolset utilization
