Senior Employee Relations Advisor

Job Title:Employee Relations DirectorAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Director to lead our team in Mexico and North America. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor law and practices, particularly in Mexico and the US.Key Responsibilities:Develop and direct Employee Relations strategies for Micron Semiconductor Mexico (MSM)Lead workplace investigations in accordance with global policies and proceduresRespond to employee issues, grievances, and disputesProvide ER expertise on labor environment in Mexico and industry best practicesAdvise business leaders and managers on people management challengesPartner with global teams to resolve team member issuesRequirements:8 years of work experience in Employee Relations or related fieldStrong knowledge of Mexican and US labor law and practicesCritical thinking skills and ability to influence stakeholdersEffective communication and interpersonal skillsSalary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experienceAbout Us:Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence.
