With around 10,000 colleagues, we provide our products and services in almost 100 countries, united by a promise to be forever caring.General Responsibilities:Keep in standard conditions the equipment that depend on a programmable system, in complying with the procedures (document 4A05000).Comply with the legal requirements of software and/or copyright of licenses used in manufacturing equipment and critical systems.Participate in the continuous updating of the yearly maintenance plan.Collaborate with updating the spare parts list and available materials of the equipment with control systems.Generate audit reports for production equipment.Update the procedures and policies related to control and automation processes.Support emergent issues (correctives) in the execution of work orders to satisfy requirements, assigning tasks, resources, and spares to complete the work orders related to automation and control aspects.Participate in groups of work related to automation processes with colleagues of other operational units if required.Handle changes on machinery under warranty through the manufacturer and document the updates in the procedures.Ensure that all Test and Measurement equipment have been calibrated by QC.Follow process control specifications and ensure proper recording.Fix any problems related to the programs in the equipment and installations, contacting Denmark or machinery manufacturers as required.Ensure that production requirements are met.Comply with applicable requirements of the ISO 13485 & FDA GMP Standards.Train and register the training of new technicians and engineers.Train and document the training of operators in the safe handling of the equipment.Meet with Company and Government Safety regulations.Comply with our quality policy.Conduct continuous improvement activities on current and new machinery.Keep PLC and HMI programs updated when improvements are made.Monitor OEE to identify problems or necessary improvements.Collaborate on data analysis of downtime and suggest solutions.Train personnel during the technical phase of projects.Optimize cycle time on machines according to demands.Powers:Take corrective actions when the process is out of specification limits.Repair, maintain, and make necessary changes to ensure equipment operates properly.Report any malfunctions of the equipment and systems to the immediate supervisor/technical person.Act as the Safety leader in handling the equipment.Stop and fix processes when they are out of specification limits or quality could be compromised
