.ADP is hiring a Senior Engineer – Celergo The DevOps Engineer/Site Reliability Engineer is responsible for the infrastructure, configuration, and pipeline automation which enables the efficient delivery and reliable operations of ADP Multi-National Country (MNC) products in all environments from development to production and DR. In addition, they are responsible for availability, performance, efficiency, change management, monitoring, emergency response, and capacity planning to result in an improved client experience. Responsibilities: Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement. Work with R&D teams to understand the standards of Product Development and recommend changes towards increased stability of the products and applications. Build software to improve DevOps, ITOps, and support processes which support the "everything" as code model such as "Infrastructure as code", Platform as a service, etc. Perform safe reliable deployments of all appropriate software artifacts into various systems from Development, Staging to Production. Support services before they go live through activities such as system design consulting, developing software platforms and frameworks, capacity planning, and launch reviews. Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health. Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity. Analyze system problems including root cause determination and manage any needed recovery process to ensure a quick restoration of service without loss of data. Work together with other SRE teams across ADP to improve operations and collaboration to enable cross-team efficiencies. Participate in the migration of products from the Data Centre to the Cloud (AWS) and Cloud-Native DevOps. Maintain a broad knowledge of state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems particularly in terms of operations in data centres and the Cloud. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Experience/Skills: Experience working under a Scrum methodology. Ability to analyze and resolve problems through effective customer interface and communication. Ability to prioritize workload. Deep knowledge of version control. DevOps processes and tools that enable MicroService development. Docker, Kubernetes (containers). CI/CD implementation expertise. Good knowledge of cloud-native applications (preferably AWS). Experience in infrastructure as code (preferably CloudFormation, Terraform, and/or Ansible). Familiarity with programming languages like Python, Groovy, PowerShell, or similar. Windows technologies, Networking, and Security knowledge. Unix/Linux platform. Use of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or similar. Advanced English proficiency. MS SQL Server and MongoDB are a plus
