**Purpose**:
Adds value through knowledge in process engineering; supports the stabilization and lifecycle of continuous improvement projects from identification to execution and closure in terms of cost, quality, efficiency, and cycle time. Quick response to operations in technical resolutions, change of direction, manufacturing scalability, process/product development of operations and replacement of materials.
