Job Title: Developer - AJO
**Responsibilities**:
- Minimum of 3 years of technical expertise, including hands-on proficiency with Adobe Solutions, particularly Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Audience Manager.
- At least 3 years of practical experience with Adobe Tag Management, specifically Adobe Launch, and experience with event-driven architecture using Web Data Layer.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in building implementations for omni-channel personalization.
- Understanding of MarTech solutions such as Adobe Experience Platform or similar Customer Data Platform (CDP), Adobe cloud solutions (including Adobe Analytics, Audience Manager, AEM, and Target), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or other Marketing Automation tools.
