Manager ICE Engineering TeamUTAC provides vehicle test, validation and engineering services to customers in the automotive, transport, tyre, petrochemical, defence and security industries.
It is independent and impartial in everything it does.It has a range of tecilitir components all vehicles.
These include varied indoor and outdoor test tracks in the UK and Northenland, engine dynamometers, environmental chambers, crash laboratories and advanced emissions chassis dynamometers.UTACs employees are passionate about safety, customer service and technical excellence, making them ideal partners at any stage in the development and launch of the vehicles of tomorrow.Roles and Responsibilities Ensure all H&S and procedures have been adhered to.Deliver engine hardware, calibratioels and additive testing projecr a variety of customers as part of the engineering teamGenerate engine installation packs and schematir accurate test bed setups.Identify engine/test deliveults and lead effective.Processing and validation of engine test data.Analysing engine data and understanding correct trends and causr concern.Supporting colleagues as required to achieve wider goals.Track project efficiency and maintain project related invoicing.Devise and lead initiatives to reduce waste and optimise efficiency.Develop best working practises and provide training to colleagues.Undertake analysis of results, including statements of conformity or opinions and interpretations.To report, review and provide authorisation of results.Take ownership of multiple engine variants - responsibr technical updates and efficiency improvements.Responsibility of localised work planning and work load.Act in accordance with the behaviour UTAC staff at all times Person Specification Qualifications Automotive/Mechanical Engineering HND, Degree or nsive relevant Importante empresa Core competencies:
