Responsible for requirements engineering, application development, and operational support to meet users' expectations and FI Operations Excellence/KPI.
In your new role you will:
Perform requirements engineering, design, development, testing, user training, and deployment of factory integration application solutions in a systematic way.Provide operational support and contribute to problem management for proactive management of FI application services.Perform problem management and root cause analysis for continuous improvement and operational stability.Key interface to support application rollout and manage users' expectations on incident handling.Develop scripts for error observation and auto containment to reduce operational interruption and manual effort in issue resolution.Contribute to corporate FI projects.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
Min Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, OR 3-year diploma with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
Previous experience required:
Min. 3 years working experience in related fields (Fresh graduates with good academic results will also be considered).Experience in the semiconductor or electronic manufacturing industry is preferred.Possesses a 'hands-on' approach towards work and demonstrates good initiative and communication skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and as a team player in a global setup.
Technical / Functional Competencies
Experience with database systems and/or development (e.g., Oracle PL/SQL, SQL scripts, MS SQL).Profound knowledge of MES systems.Knowledge of distributed systems and middleware (e.g., TibcoRV, MQ series).Knowledge of application maintenance and/or development in Windows environment (C#, Python, C++) and low code systems.Knowledge of UNIX operating systems.
