Senior Engineer Industrial Engineering

In your new role you will:
Responsibilities are as follows:

Manages a diverse project team with members across different functions (Productivity projects).
Fulfill the pipeline according to the cluster guidance for the goal.
Establish the target and stretch target according to the global guidance.
Comply with Material Efficiency (ME) governance.
Understand Material Losses (OME) during actual production.
Understand and execute setup for ME KPI.
Calculate Material Plan Usage Factor and set the goal.
Analyze performance and gap analysis for Material Efficiency.
Implementation of Material Efficiency improvement projects.
Responsible for the PBOM validation (oneSAP).

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

Graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering, IE preferable.
Minimum 3 years in Industrial Engineering or Operational Excellence areas.
Experience in project management.
Actual experience in using problem-solving tools and applications such as DOE, SPC, 8D methodologies.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and AutoCad).
Experience in identification and implementation of process improvement.
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
Fluent in English, spoken and written.
