With your outstanding engineering expertise, you will have the opportunity to lead significant projects within your specialized area, contributing to the growth and success of our elite organization.What you'll be doing:Apply your well-established engineering skills, training, and techniques to solve issues faced during the design, redesign, or optimization of mechanical devices. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring seamless production processes.Take on a leadership role by supervising and providing technical mentorship to colleagues, ensuring a collaborative and inclusive environment. You may also serve as a project leader, overseeing the successful implementation of projects.Collaborate with external customers and suppliers, exchanging valuable information and assisting with complex technical challenges. Your ability to build positive relationships will be key in driving innovation and efficiency.Play a crucial role in project planning, advising and supervising portions of large projects. You will be responsible for scheduling, supervising costs, prioritizing, and managing workforce load to ensure successful project outcomes.Drive the integration of existing processes and continuously improve manufacturing processes for mechanical devices. Your ambition and dedication will contribute to our world-class manufacturing capabilities.Design and implement production fixtures/tools and inspection equipment as required, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.What you'll need:A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related position, demonstrating your ability to successfully compete in a fast-paced engineering environment.Experience in projects, lean methodologies, line transfers, ISO/FDA, and GMPs. Your familiarity with these practices will enable you to navigate complex manufacturing processes with ease
