Job Responsibilities:1. Responsible for the maintenance, repair and maintenance of the internal building facilities and office facilities of the factory2. Responsible for the planning, contracting, manufacturing supervision and acceptance of the factory's internal power system, fire protection system, and air-conditioning system.3. Fully responsible for the continuous optimization and transformation of the internal infrastructure of the new plant, the new renovation and expansion of the secondary distribution project, and other projects; 4. Monitor the normal supply of factory power (water, electricity, air conditioners, air compressors, exhaust gas, etc.) and report abnormalities.5. Responsible for the safety and quality supervision of the construction of external manufacturers in the factory area.6. Responsible for organizing and writing equipment maintenance procedures, daily maintenance, first-level maintenance and second-level maintenance systems for equipment within the jurisdiction; organizing and implementing maintenance plans, and ensuring that the maintenance rate and maintenance effect are up to standard; Job requirements:1.
