Senior Executive, Trade Marketing (North America)

The Trade Marketing Senior Executive is responsible for providing leadership and strategic thinking in the areas of Sales Trade Management, Customer Marketing, Joint Business Planning with key customers, and Customer Financial Management.
**Responsabilidades e atribuições**- Design trade promotions/loyalty programs, assuring its execution to leverage on price and volumes- Communicate trade marketing actions and their results for sales and customers, as well as the sales incentives and promotions, plus merchandising materials for points of sale- Development and execution of occasional out of store marketing activities in your region, including but not limited to trade shows, customer events, etc- Constantly manage the communication process between Commercial, Customers and Marketing, bringing in market demands and forwarding relevant information so to guarantee that the brand messages are heard from a product use perspective- Selecting and managing agencies to organize promotions and activations, from creation briefing to deployment, targeting brand building and sales increase (price and volume)- Manage trade marketing budget- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in execution of trade marketing programs within budget and timelines for all trade channels- Manage and support sales team and customers, understanding their priorities and timelines.
**Requisitos e qualificações**QUALIFICATION- Bachelor's degree is Minimum in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or in similar areas related to the position.- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, category/channel management or sales with an analytical and strong strategic mind, comfortable to support and validate information to business leaders.- Outstanding presentation, interpersonal and written communication, extremely organized with a keen attention to detail, quick to respond and ability to multitask- Fluent/Native or Advanced English & Spanish Language- Familiar with the lubricant industry and/or spare parts sector is preferred with sound understanding of OEM channel management / B2B to B2C.Skills/Experience/Knowledge:- Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional teams, groups and projects.- Strong project management skills, planning, execution, organizing; including multi-countryprojects.- Self-starter and effective at multitasking.- High attention to detail, creativity, collaborative, and execution focused.- Passionate for translating information for our sales team and customers.- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable to speaking in virtual and live audiences.- Advanced/Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Primarily Excel and PowerPoint)- Beginner knowledge of design tools: Adobe Acrobat (DC or Pro), Illustrator, or alike.Desirable:- Knowledge of SAP, CRM, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Website, Social Media Channels or similar under their category.
