Summary:We, at Age of Learning, are looking for someone who excels at pushing the boundaries of creativity and can excel across a diverse range of UI/UX design projects. Participate in all phases of the design process including conceptual design/development, interface design, interaction models, user flows, prototypes, user testing, and production. Work closely with key stakeholders to establish and maintain the visual integrity, interaction methods, brand standards, and consistency for our products while collaborating with the wider marketing team on execution of designs. You will report to the Senior Creative Director of Marketing.Responsibilities:Develop style guides and mood boards and help guide the visual design of featuresDesign engaging and effective marketing materials, including but not limited to: digital ads, social media graphics, and email campaigns.Design beautiful and scalable UI assets and vector icons to work across multiple platformsCreate and manage the marketing creative UI toolkit and patternsConduct user research, observe and learn from user behavior, and utilize behavioral data to generate practical insights.Create concepts, user flows, wireframes, mockups, or prototypes to define, present, and iterate on UX and UI designs.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.Act as a UX expert and advisor to the team on those principles, standards, and best practicesClearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and stakeholders, and incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders to refine designs.Understand technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.Understand and incorporate the needs and preferences of our audience into the development of the user experience.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in HCI, Design, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or related area required. A combination of education and experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree.6+ years of experience in the app development industry specializing in UX/UIExpertise in Adobe range of products including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AcrobatVery experienced with prototyping design software (preferably Figma) and the prototype development processExtensive experience in using UI/UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive designAbility to create complex interactive prototypes to express interactive design ideas based upon user and stakeholder input and feedbackProven ability to adapt and adhere to an established visual style and build upon itPreferred Qualifications:Basic knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and principles of responsive design and modern software development workflow, and JavaScript skills are a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
