This position will manage day-to-day activities at NIQ Offices, reporting Region Leader. This includes ensuring continuous operations for reception, security, maintenance, mail room, and janitorial services, to meet the needs of their customers.ResponsibilitiesManage multiple locations, including daily operations, financials, and people managementDevelop, manage and track the capital & operational budgets.Manage team to ensure monthly invoicing is done on time as per agreed timelines and taken signoff from respective leads.Organize office operations such as workspace assignment and layout.Provide timely reports to the Cluster Leader/Regional Leader and adhere to agreed SLA (Service Level Agreements) & KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)Ensure vendor performance, manage, and track the completion of the scheduled work (Including to HVAC, Plumbing, Mechanical, Lighting, Electrical, Computer and Server room support, Janitorial, Confidential waste, general interior maintenance etc.)Manage all third-party agreements within defined SLAs and budgets.Negotiate office lease renewal/termination with LL with NIQ alignment.Manage construction projects, office moves/closures/consolidations, equipment installation, etc.Work with the local business & management teams to provide optimum space plans.Working closely with the NIQ finance team to ensure all invoices are submitted by the correct stakeholders and paid on time.Ensure the accuracy of the data, analyze the FM costing and budgets, and highlight concerns to management accordingly. Gain appropriate approvals from Client Facilities POC for any facilities-related costs.Business continuity and site coverage plans established for agreed locations, in alignment with NIQ key functional leads for IT and the business, and tested on an agreed basis with the collective team.QualificationsBachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience requiredMinimum 4 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities operationsExperience managing on-site vendors and servicesThorough knowledge of facilities operations procedures and techniquesSolid managerial and human relations skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Additional InformationFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offAbout NIQNIQ is the world's leading consumer intelligence company, delivering the most complete understanding of consumer buying behavior and revealing new pathways to growth
