DATA ANALYSIS:
- Provide Data Analysis support to Feasibility & Management Teams on all required aspects
- Investigator/ Site Feasibility, Patient Recruitment Planning, Monthly Metrics, Specific Projects and Ad-Hoc requests.
LEADERSHIP:
- Lead Team of Data Analysts being responsible for all tasks executed ensuring highest standards of quality and performance delivery.
- Responsible for Administration of iSprint
- system amends, data upkeep, management of users and generation of reports.
- Act as Superuser of iSprint and Clicktools to assist in development of questionnaires and mapping, analysis and reporting of questionnaire data.
BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:
- Systematically search relevant information and import into iSprint to provide Business Intelligence (Project, Investigator and Internal Team Members).
- Support identification of areas of Improvement, Implementation and Measure their effectiveness.
**What you will be doing**:
Supervision of all assigned Data Analysts. This includes all aspects of training, mentoring, adherence to SOPs and ICON system compliance- Manage staff and set appropriate goals and objectives.- Manage issues/ challenges identified by Data Analysts/ team members working with/ for you to ensure that they are appropriately dealt with, escalated and communicated effectively.- Create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.- Develop efficient working relationship with the team.- Provide regular performance feedback and provide quality control/ review of work.- Act as a mentor to team members as part of their personal development.- Ensure that all tasks are completed within established timelines, budget, quality standards and/ or contractual requirements.- Lead by example and set high standards that others will follow.
**You are**:
- 3 years of experience in clinical trial conduct and processes- 2 years of feasibility/recruitment- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High Enlgish level
- Bachelor´s Level Degree
