Position Summary The sales responsibility of this role is for ADP's France Payroll and HR solutions. The role embraces new sales to an Acquisition role and target client with an employee size of 350 and 2000 employees. Sales cycles are of a 3 - 5 months period and Customer negotiation is likely to be with up to 3/4 people, depending on the organization and structure of the prospect. As our District Sales Manager, Mid-Market, You will be representing ADP and all the local & international services and products that we can offer to our clients. Your main responsibility is on creating new business opportunities and making sure you close the deal. You will be directly reporting to the Sales Manager of Sales Mid-Market and will have tight relationships with other local & international District Managers, Global Sales Managers, and important stakeholders in the ADP organization (Implementation, Customer Service, Sales Support etc) to orchestrate the service excellence value proposition delivered to customer. Main Responsibilities Attains or exceeds 100% of assigned revenue and product goals within assigned accounts. Develops annual business plan, determining sales and activity goals required for attainment of assigned revenue and product goals, including the following: Compiles "Account Plan" documents for prospective clients, describing existing products and services used, potential product sales and related selling strategy to create robust pipeline. Maintains a current prospective business report identifying potential business and activities necessary to close client accounts. Develops prospective client sources utilizing various communication mediums, including personal contact mailings and planning client seminars. Utilizes sales automation tools to define market penetration strategies. Identifies and targets competitive prospects and plans strategy to increase market share. Consistently gains access into the C Suite in prospective Mid Market to effectively deliver a compelling value proposition for National Account outsourcing solutions. Work with Global Mid Market sales teams on joint and global client opportunities and relationships
