We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Finance Business Partner.
This Senior Finance Business Partner will serve as the main Finance liaison for the WPB Business and Business Finance to understand monthly results, execute all forecasting and planning processes, and provide ad-hoc strategic support across the Americas.
Main Activities Review monthly actuals to understand the results and provide a narrative to executive stakeholders in the Business.Respond to queries from Business executives to help them understand monthly results and conduct scenarios for executing strategic changes.Oversee and deliver the GBM forecast and FRP across the region.Meet with Head of Business, COO and Business Finance teams to develop an in-depth understanding of business drivers and market conditions under which the business operates.Highlight risks and opportunities to achieving financial targets.Requirements Strong sense of accountability and a self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects.Experience operating in a complex financial services organization (banking preferred).Execution orientated: proactive escalation of issues whilst maintaining a solution-focused mindset and flexible approach.Experience interacting with senior stakeholders with varying degrees of financial literacy.Sound judgment, decision making and problem-solving abilities.Strong influencing, interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.Strong working knowledge of Financial Systems (e.g., TM1, HORIS, and similar).Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing financial statements.Understanding of accounting reporting rules: US-GAAP and IFRS.Expert knowledge of MS Excel and Powerpoint.Experience working with Automation tools like Python, VBA or SQL is preferred.Experience working with digital tools for visualizing data such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI is preferred.Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
