Senior Finance Manager

Grow your career as a successful Senior Finance Manager within ALG Vacations. In this role, you will be in charge of leading monthly profitability analysis by channel and communicate results to the commercial area. Also, will be responsible monthly to analyze financial statements, with focus on working capital structure. In addition, you will be in charge of adhoc projects with focus on productivity improvements. You will be working closely with controllership and FP&A team to ensure all the results improvements are correctly demonstrated in the financial results and forecast.
A successful Senior Finance Manager will: Analyze and communicate P&L results to the commercial area (Region/channel and product tier)Responsible of in-depth cash flow statement analysis presented to the BU's CFOAssist with the analysis and different reporting of the monthly financial resultsAssist on the preparation of the monthly business review and quarterly board of directors presentationWork with the business units finance teams on providing requested data, analysis and reportsAssist on the commercial agreements analysisAssist on product price structureAnalyze variances and assist on cash flow initiativesPerform deep dive analysis on Cash flow KPI's and identify risks and opportunities for the cash flow outlookDemonstrate a commitment to ALG core valuesA successful Senior Finance Manager will have: Bachelor's degree in Finance or AccountingGreater than 5-8 years of related work experienceStrong technological skills and proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPointSAP and Hyperion experience is a plusSignificant attention to detail and ability to adhere to critical deadlines and standard work processesAbility to be adaptable and flexible as well as manage multiple tasks within day to day responsibilitiesStrong analytical, and organizational skillsFluency in English and Spanish
