**Responsibilities**:
Preparing financial statements: Compiling balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements to
summarize the financial position and performance of the organization.

Analyzing financial data: Reviewing financial statements and reports to identify trends, variances, and areas
for improvement, and providing insights to management.

Budgeting and forecasting: Assisting in the development of budgets and financial forecasts to guide strategic
planning and decision making.

Supporting audits: Coordinating with auditors during internal and external audits, providing necessary
documentation, and addressing audit findings.

**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance related roles.
Hands on experience in financial reporting, analysis, and reconciliation.
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of financial principles, internal controls, and regulatory requirements, including
expertise in Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIFs) and International Financial Reporting
Standards (IFRS).
Experience in the manufacturing industry or related sectors is preferred.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
