This role will play a critical part in driving data-driven insights and strategic financial planning to help us achieve our growth objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and experience with sales compensation, commissions, and incentive structures. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, this role will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and FP&A teams.RESPONSIBILITIES:Financial Planning & Analysis:Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for Sales & Marketing, ensuring alignment with company goals.Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual analysis of Sales & Marketing performance, identifying trends, key drivers, and areas for improvement.Data Analysis & Strategic Support:Conduct ad-hoc analysis to evaluate the financial impact of various sales and marketing initiatives, including ROI and cost-benefit analysis.Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to support strategic initiatives and provide insights to drive decision-making.Performance Reporting:Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track Sales & Marketing KPIs, such as customer acquisition costs, revenue, and customer lifetime value.Prepare and present insights for executive and cross-functional stakeholders, communicating complex data in a concise, actionable manner.Sales Compensation & Commissions:Analyze and model sales compensation plans, including commission and incentive structures, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and financial targets.Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of sales incentive programs and performance-based compensation, working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, and the People Teams.Monitor and report on sales compensation expenses, forecast potential impacts on budgets, and provide actionable insights to optimize plan performance
