This position is full-time and hybrid Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with an hour break, but flexibility is available based on coverage.

**Purpose of Your Work**:
**How You Make a Difference Everyday**:
- Work with Business leaders to understand their financial needs and work to meet these needs
- Lead monthly financial review meetings with business unit leadership identifying constraints and alternatives to address
- Develop demand forecasts across multiple levels of aggregation and time horizons
- Analyze business units to aid in development of best practices and increased efficiencies
- Ensure key metric (KPI) reporting is in place that facilitates root cause analysis driving improvements in forecasting
- Design and create data summaries that can be understood and implemented at all levels
**Knowledge/Skill/Abilities Leading **To Success In This Role Include**:
- Supply Chain related experience with a focus on process improvement
- Possess a sense of urgency, accountability, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to effectively express ideas/concepts across multiple layers of the organization
- Capability to proactively anticipate customers' needs and develop practical alternatives based on value
- Ability to communicate across multiple capabilities and achieve alignment based on economic value
**You've Got This?**
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office Excel skills (creating and modifying spreadsheets and using complex functions, filters, and graphs to analyze and manipulate data)
- Advanced understanding of 3-statement financial model
- Bi-lingual in English/Spanish; proficient level for verbal and written communication
**What will Put You Ahead**:
- +3 years experience in an analytical and/or accounting role
- Previous experience in a logistics organization
- System implementation & Report Building experience
- Experience with Vena Solutions
- Project management experience
- SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), PowerBI, or Tableau experience
