Senior Financial Analyst

**Main job objective - Mission**:The Senior Financial Analyst with an operations focus will analyze and optimize production costs and operational efficiency. This role requires a good understanding of manufacturing processes to provide financial analysis that supports strategic decisions, improves profitability, and ensures the financial sustainability of the maquiladora operation.**Main responsibilities and Key Result Areas**:- Develop and maintain financial models integrating operational data to assess profitability by production line, continuous improvement projects, and cost reduction initiatives.- Collaborate with the operations department to identify savings and efficiency opportunities, translating these opportunities into concrete financial analyses.- Drive the Manufacturing Expense Overview in collaboration with the production team.- Support inventory control and accuracy.- Actively participate in the financial planning cycle, ensuring that operations budgets accurately reflect variable and fixed costs, and production forecasts.
