The Senior Accountant with an operations focus will analyze and optimize production costs and operational efficiency. This role requires a good understanding of manufacturing processes to provide financial analysis that supports strategic decisions, improves profitability, and ensures the financial sustainability of the maquiladora operation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial models integrating operational data to assess profitability by production line, continuous improvement projects, and cost reduction initiatives.Collaborate with the operations department to identify savings and efficiency opportunities, translating these opportunities into concrete financial analyses.Drive the Manufacturing Expense Overview in collaboration with the production team.Support inventory control and accuracy.Actively participate in the financial planning cycle, ensuring that operations budgets accurately reflect variable and fixed costs, and production forecasts.
