**What You Will Be Doing**
- Financial reporting and analysis - automate for monthly results.
- Continuous improvement of processes and systems
- Ensuring effective accounting controls are maintained, including supporting month-end close and forecasting activities.
- Identifying issues, making recommendations supported by analysis and sound business insights, and at times lead or be on teams that implement those recommendations.
- Supporting annual financial planning

**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 4+ years of applicable experience is a must.
- Advanced level of broad analytical and Excel skills is a must.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact and present to business partners, as well as identify concerns and propose new solution.
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Experienced with, or eager to learn, technical systems including SAP, BW and Tableau
- Proven understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and financial statement analysis.
