As a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will oversee the preparation and distribution of financial statements. You will ensure that all financial reports comply with regulatory standards and company policies. You will also oversee processes guaranteeing financial data is accurate, comparable, verifiable, and understandable across all LA Markets. The Senior Financial Reporting Manager will also contribute to the implementation of financial reporting processes, such as data integration & analysis to evaluate performance. You will report to the FP&A Regional Director.Key ResponsibilitiesLead AC Latin America End Month Process ensuring high-quality and business-centric information is communicated. Prepare financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Communicate financial results and insights to senior management and other partners, including executive leadership. Close Business Alignments and Challenges with Central and South America Markets.Collaborate with multiple partners (Commercial, Marketing, Technical, Manufacturing, Service centers) on leading and delivering Annual Plan, Strategic Reviews and Quarterly Reporting Process.Guide regional data integration & analysis to evaluate performance, optimizing processes to generate value-driving insights to use volume and profitability within business.Assess and enhance financial reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and transparency. Implement best practices and automation where applicable.Qualifications8 to 10 years of experience managing financials and leading a team.Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, engineering, or related field.Fluent in English with excellent oral and written skills. Portuguese is desirable.Understanding of Financial Statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Working Capital).Knowledge of Accounting and business process understanding is required.High skills in executive presentations, writing, and report design.Comfortable partnering with Steering committees, VPs, and C-level audiences.SAP or Oracle similar experience.
