Translate UI/UX designs into functional and aesthetically pleasing code. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and back-end engineering, to deliver integrated solutions. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, bugs, and other technical problems. Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to enhance the team's skillset. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 5+ years of experience in mobile application development with at least 3 years focused on Flutter. Strong understanding of Flutter framework and Dart language. Proven front-end development experience with technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services integration. Experience with state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc. Knowledge of modern software design patterns and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in publishing applications on the App Store and Google Play. Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
