Grow your career as a Senior FP&A Analyst with ALG Vacations. In this role, you will lead the Cash analysis and forecast for ALG Vacations business. You will manage weekly reporting on Collections and Payables, analyzing financial data to prepare a monthly reporting package to highlight business performance with a detailed variance analysis, and support the monthly forecast and budget processes. You will also support materials for Leadership and have the opportunity to work on any other ad hoc projects as needed by the business, as well as supporting monthly deliverables for Mr. and Mrs. Smith closing, forecast and budget, and the consolidation of financial materials for the overall Distribution Segment. A successful Senior FP&A Analyst will: Prepare Cashflow monthly forecast for ALG Vacations Update finance package with cash flow data, walks, and comments Present to Leadership team Support with the consolidation for the Distribution segment Work with Treasury to update weekly collections/payments for ALG Vacations Work closely with BU Leaders to keep track of vendor payment terms Lead analysis if any change in payment terms is requested before making a decision Lead ad hoc analysis in situations when a Cash decision should be made (i.E. any specific exception to current policies) Acknowledge/Validate CFOA and FCF values in the Cashflow statement CFOA and FCF analysis of actuals and comparisons vs different periods Update Cash KPIs: DPO and Cash conversion Own the Cashflow Budget preparation, analysis, and submission Maintain Cash Dashboard in Power BI loading actuals, forecast, and budget data Ensure Cash Dashboard is 100% accurate and users can access it anytime Support Finance Director with monthly deliverables for MMS close, forecast, and budget Requirements: Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting with greater than 2 years of related work experience Significant attention to detail and ability to adhere to critical deadlines and standard work processes Ability to be adaptable and flexible as well as manage multiple tasks within day-to-day responsibilities Willingness to take initiative Strong analytical and organizational skills Fluent in English and Spanish (oral and written) Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion Planning skills and Data Analysis software Power BI experience and/or Alteryx #J-18808-Ljbffr
