Job DescriptionWhat will you doManage & develop Subscriber FP&A and Transformation teamPromote effective communication & cooperation between countries and functions through knowledge sharing, processes and issues resolutionReview & analyze current & past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, capital expenditures and balance sheet incl. statistical accountsBe a primary point of contact for Service business, providing support to OPS DirectorMaintain dialog with management, regional finance & operations to identify and evaluate evolving business issues and to deliver requirementsDrive standardization across different processes within the region and within FP&A scopePlay active role in internal projectsResponsible for ensuring timeliness of deliverables to Subscriber Leadership team and EMEALA, including long range plan, annual profit plan, outlook and presentationsCoordinate planning and forecasting processes, timing and assumptions within the regionDefine to be Chart of Accounts in SubscriberImplement Finance standardization across all geographiesWhat we look forFinance & Accounting degree or equivalent8+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or equivalent in Accounting/FinanceExperience with all Financial Statements areasStrong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumenStrong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in cross-functional, fast-changing environmentDemonstrated ability to roll-up the sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacityOneStream expertise; Advanced Microsoft Excel (including macro development) and PowerPoint skills. Power BI/SQL/DAX knowledge highly desirableProficiency in English and Spanish (Written and Spoken), Portuguese is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
