DMI is seeking a Senior Project Leader to join us.
This position is located in Monterrey, Mexico.Duties and Responsibilities:Senior Full Stack Tech Lead with a proven track record in managing large development teams and delivering complex web applications.The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of both front-end and back-end technologies, with a focus on Angular and .NET frameworks.Lead and mentor a team of 20+ developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance.Architect and implement scalable, high-performance web applications using Angular and .NET Core.Design and optimize database structures and queries using SQL Server, CosmosDB, or similar technologies.Conduct code reviews, implement best practices, and ensure code quality across the team.Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:10+ years of experience in full stack development, with a strong focus on Angular and .NET technologies.Extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework.Proficiency in front-end development using Angular 16+, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.Strong understanding of database management systems and optimization techniques.Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, including components like Azure Stream Analytics and Service Bus.Proven track record of leading and managing large development teams (20+ members).Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior developers.Hard Skills:.NET, Android, Angular 6, APIs, Azure, C#, Cloud Solution.Azure, Communication, DBA, Information Security Architect, JavaScript.Soft Skills:Change Management, Communication, Decision making, Empathy, Innovation & Creativity, Leadership.Languages: English (Advanced).Additional Requirements:Advanced English level skills.Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Knowledge of microservices architecture and API design.Understanding of security best practices in web application development.Min Citizenship Status Required: No restrictions.Physical Requirements: No physical requirement needed for this position.Location: Monterrey, Mexico.#LI-HP1#J-18808-Ljbffr
