**Requirements**:
Performance Optimization Experience:

- Proficiency in interpreting results from popular performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.

**Responsibilities**

Understand underlying causes of increased response times and latency

Optimize code to optimize user response times on of web pages based on CSS/HTML/Angular/JavaScript

Performance Tuning:

- Knowledge of optimizing web content, including images, CSS, and Angular / JavaScript.

Knowledge of Industry Best Practices:

- Awareness of industry best practices in web performance optimization, including techniques for minimizing page load times and improving user experience.

Web Development Knowledge:

- A solid understanding of web development technologies and architecture, including HTTP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Ability to analyze and understand web page source code for optimization opportunities.

Load Testing Skills (desirable):

- Experience in analyzing server-side and client-side performance metrics.

Performance Monitoring Tools (desirable):

- Familiarity with APM (Application Performance Monitoring) Dynatrace.
- Ability to set up and configure performance monitoring for real-time insights.
