The Senior Functional Analyst is responsible for business requirements, system testing, incident support, and driving technological innovation and process automation. You will be part of a global team.
What You'll Be Doing: Responsible for gathering business requirements and ensuring that IT projects align with the goals and needs of the business. Conducting testing to ensure that the systems work as expected, preparing test scripts, and creating user manuals. Provide support to users experiencing IT incidents, investigate and document properly. Provide support for maintenance and upgrades. Monitor job errors, work together with our vendors to investigate the root cause and recommend solutions. Monitor internal environment to ensure systems are designed and operate with an appropriate level of internal controls. Focus on continuous improvements and process automation. Compliance with security requirements. Comply with audit requests. Comply with Arrow standard processes. What We Are Looking For: Bachelor's degree in information technology, accounting, finance, business administration, computer science, or similar. 5+ years as an IT Functional Analyst. Experience working with Finance/ERP applications including functional and system administration. Experience working with a ticketing system and providing support. Advanced English skills. The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More: (Optional) Experience with Accounting and Treasury. Master's degree. Work Arrangement: Hybrid: 3 days in the office, 2 days work from home.
