We re a team of experienced professionals who understand the difference that excellent customer service can make.We are looking for a Sr. Demand Manager to be responsible for managing finished goods planning, end to end supply chain processes, and ensuring operational alignment with production plan to support targeted customer service levels while optimizing costs through balancing product demand and supply.**What we value**- _We do what is right._- _We do what we say._- Superior Quality & Service. _We deliver extraordinary experiences._- One Global Team. _We before me, always._****What you will do**- Own and lead the Sales and Operations Planning processes for the portfolio assigned- Lead monthly demand reviews with commercial teams. Give clear direction on forecasting goals as well as supporting demand analysis, monitoring sales history, reporting forecast changes and drivers- Track forecast accuracy and work on root cause analysis for forecast improvement. Analyze supply performance and work with stakeholders to help and manage any supply disruptions- Maintain monthly supply plan to convert output from demand planning to supply requirements. Review & prioritize gaps between supply delivery & requested demand, considering capacity plans- Maintain target inventory/ safety stock targets- Maintain supply chain setup to ERP/MRP system and inputs for forecasts and target inventory by SKU- Support and monitor new product introduction and discontinuation process, adjusting forecast and supply plans accordingly. Review product set ups and stocking policies- Consolidates daily/weekly supply priorities from customer service and communicates them to manufacturing planners. Work with manufacturing on product availability timelines and support escalation and build prioritization discussions given constraints- Conducts sales order vs. forecast reviews with customer service to ensure demand does not outpace supply. Set build priorities and request production increases from mfg
