As a part of the Workforce Development team, you may also facilitate site orientation, maintain training records, materials, and forms, teach classes and workshops as needed, and assist in the presentation of material for different initiatives.
You can expect to process training requests, conduct needs analyses, and resolve alignment with the business needs of the sites.
In this role, you will work with project teams, stakeholders, and leaders to identify deliverables, establish timelines and the allocation of resources, and conduct evaluation measures to determine effectiveness
