The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually compelling and innovative designs that align with the company's brand identity and marketing goals.
This role involves leading design projects, collaborating with various departments, and mentoring junior designers.
Key Responsibilities: Create high-quality graphic designs for various media, including print, digital, and social platforms.
Develop and maintain the visual brand identity across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with marketing, content, and digital teams to develop creative concepts and execute design projects.
Lead and oversee design projects from concept to completion, ensuring all designs meet the brand standards and project requirements.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to ensure the company's designs remain innovative and competitive.
Review and approve designs, artwork, photography, and graphics developed by the team.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Graphic Designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creativity.
Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
Excellent visual design skills with a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout.
