Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our graphic design initiatives, taking a hands-on approach in the initial stages and gradually building and leading a team of 10+ designers. Your work will be critical in designing impactful visuals that resonate with our customers and enhance our brand presence. Key Responsibilities:Design Creation: Develop and design high-quality flyers and other marketing materials for our customers, ensuring each design is tailored to specific industries, sub-industries, and use cases.Team Leadership: Start as a hands-on designer and gradually transition into a leadership role, where you will recruit, manage, and mentor a team of graphic designers to support Oppizi's rapid growth.Metadata Management: Incorporate and manage metadata on each design to ensure consistency and relevance across various campaigns.Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers and eventually engage with external clients, delivering perfect written communication to understand and fulfill their design needs.Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and stock image platforms (e.G., Shutterstock) to create visually compelling designs that meet project requirements.Process Development: Establish and refine the processes within the graphic design department to optimize efficiency and output.#J-18808-Ljbffr
