Your focus will be on creating comprehensive reports that swiftly identify target customer groups, highlight engagement prospects, and offer strategic suggestions for the best possible interactions.Working collaboratively with both the headquarters and local Berlin based customer insight teams,your goal will be to explore diverse concepts, fostering continuous improvement and innovative strategies.**Responsibilities**:- Conduct comprehensive consumer research, including eCom/Fashion user behavior analysis via quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and focus groups.- Analyze market landscape, competitors' tracking, Brand Health, and industry trends.- Support internal teams in understanding consumer feedback on various marketing activities like brand pop-up stores, ads, and KOL preferences.- Collaborate across customer insight functions to unify customer understanding for aligned business insights.- Address ad hoc data requests and enable self-service for business needs.- Research and establish partnerships for regular and ad-hoc customer research.- Plan and execute in-house qualitative customer research projects.- Serve as the central hub for consolidating and reporting customer insights.**Requirements**:- Adept in Consumer Insight, facilitating informed commercial decisions and well-versed in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies within consumer research.- Strong analytical proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint, ensuring methodical and engaging communication of findings to stakeholders
