**We are seeking an experienced and highly creative **Senior Graphic Designer** to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our graphic design initiatives, taking a hands-on approach in the initial stages and gradually building and leading a team of 10+ designers.
Your work will be critical in designing impactful visuals that resonate with our customers and enhance our brand presence.
**Key Responsibilities**:- **Design Creation**: Develop and design high-quality flyers and other marketing materials for our customers, ensuring each design is tailored to specific industries, sub-industries, and use cases.- **Team Leadership**: Start as a hands-on designer and gradually transition into a leadership role, where you will recruit, manage, and mentor a team of graphic designers to support Oppizi's rapid growth.- **Metadata Management**: Incorporate and manage metadata on each design to ensure consistency and relevance across various campaigns.- **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with internal customers and eventually engage with external clients, delivering perfect written communication to understand and fulfill their design needs.- **Tool Proficiency**: Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and stock image platforms (e.G., Shutterstock) to create visually compelling designs that meet project requirements.- **Process Development**: Establish and refine the processes within the graphic design department to optimize efficiency and output.
