**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and execute demand generation and lead capture strategies.
- Manage and optimize lead generation marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, paid media, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze campaign, website performance data, providing actionable insights and adjusting strategies.
- Ensure business objectives are met through data-driven decision-making.
- Identify and map opportunities for new analytical models to support decision-making.
- Create and present materials for executives, offering insights and recommendations based on model-generated results.
- Co-lead marketing projects such as campaigns, events for the North America market.

- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or similar roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
