The individual in this position is responsible for analyzing data and summarizing insights through cross-organization collaboration. This role will track Marketing success KPIs and metrics, and inform initiatives across GTM functions for Udemy Business.What you'll be doingStrategic Support:Assist in the development and execution of GTM strategies to support Marketing and Sales teams.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess alignment of marketing processes, workflows, and technology.Operational Excellence:Develop, implement, and optimize marketing processes and data management to enhance operational efficiency.Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and events, supporting the rhythm of the business through regular cadence reporting.Pipeline Generation and Revenue Growth:Monitor marketing campaign performance from lead generation to conversion, tracking and analyzing relevant metrics to provide actionable insights.Conduct monthly and quarterly analysis of customer engagement and retention across all segments, tracking and reporting on key metrics.Analytical Support and Proactive Insights:Evaluate marketing performance, diagnose root causes, and provide proactive data-driven insights to Udemy Business stakeholders.Make recommendations to increase the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness, actively reviewing and identifying leading and lagging indicators.Cross-functional Collaboration:Act as a trusted thought partner to a range of cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing and Sales operations
