This role is fully remote which provides you with the flexibility to work from home.
As a part of the Inbound Support Team, you will be a critical part of ensuring client satisfaction.
**Responsibilities**:- Guest communications (mostly messaging, sometimes calls)- Homeowner communication- Answering top 20 questions and/or connecting with their dedicated client success manager- Booking management- Calendar management- Coordinate with housekeeping regarding repairs and maintenance coordination**Qualifications**:- **Experience working with Airbnb**:- **Advanced English proficiency**:- **High level of expertise in hospitality**:- Experience in the industry (i.E.
