Senior Hr Manager

With over 25 years of experience, teams of highly-trained engineers around the world, deep industry sector knowledge, and ongoing technology research, we help clients create custom software that improves their operations and opens new markets.**We invite to the company, not a project****Position overview**:- We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can take ownership of the challenges that imply the settlement of a new location, as part of a global engineering company.- To perform well in the role you should have experience in the recruitment of local IT profiles, managing administrative HR processes, and knowledge of all legal requirements in this role.**Responsibilities**:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Take care of all HR-related tasks within the location, including the recruitment and selection process- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital- Nurture a positive working environment- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management- Full cycle of talent management process (from the first day of employment to off-boarding stages)- Close collaboration with management and colleagues to improve work relationships- Answer general HR questions and resolve issues on time- Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks**Requirements**:- Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive role, working in an IT company- Hands-on experience in HR processes: onboarding, off-boarding, conducting one-to-one meetings, adaptation, professional development, etc.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities- Ability to work independently without day-to-day supervision- People-oriented- Excellent active listening, and negotiation skills- In-depth knowledge of labor law- Upper-intermediate English**Nice to have**:- Experience working with international companies- Experience in IT recruitment
