Senior Hris Analyst

**Responsibilities**:- Continually research, test and stay up to date on all Workday updates and fixes via trainings, Community, etc.- Support the semiannual **Workday **updates- Conduct training, including developing user procedures, guidelines, and documentation- Write, maintain and support a variety of reports and calculated fields timely and accurately ensuring to meet legal and compliance requirements- Create and support in maintaining dashboards and worklets- Create and support maintaining and update business processes, notifications, alerts, and validations/conditional rules- Support in monitoring workflow and audit for accuracy, security and efficient processing of requests- Complete, process, and audit EIBs- Create and maintain companies, organizations and locations- Create and maintain compensation grades and profiles- Create, maintain and assign security access- Manage system support, issues and access via Customer Care Center- Provide end-user support; troubleshoot issues viaresearch, testing, recreation of scenarios and document findings- Partner with Third Party vendor for Workday support- Collaborate with team on Workday projects and on demand request- Maintain compliance with SOX and all internal and external governing bodies, policies, and protocol**Wha**t You May Need to be Successful**- ** Minimum 2 years Workday HRIS experience is required**:- Advanced MS Excel skills requiredExperienced in MS Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Teams, Outlook), Snagit, AdobeUnited States Equal Opportunity Employment:UH8F8Mbev5
