You will provide functional and technical support across Workday and the People Applications teams including daily support, maintenance, and configuration of Workday and other HCM applications. The Senior HRIS Analyst will need to collaborate with multiple functional areas and with key stakeholders. The position will be a project lead to support enhancements, testing, and other technical projects. This role will ensure that the most efficient and effective reporting and data integrity solutions are developed and implemented to meet business needs.ResponsibilitiesKey technical support analyst for HCM applications including daily support & configuration to ensure data and system integrity.Triage, diagnose, and resolve issues as needed.Partner with cross-functional areas, including teams across People & Talent, IT, Finance, Payroll, Accounting, and within the business.Lead projects and initiatives to support ongoing processes and new enhancements in an effort to scale and improve processes.Liaise with both internal and external resources and consultants to coordinate and support initiatives.Gather and outline requirements for new configuration and future enhancements for all areas of Workday and People Applications.Design, document, and monitor reports & integrations.Maintain documentation to support proper controls and appropriate approvals.Develop, manage and maintain reporting, dashboards, and internal reference guides.Make recommendations for continued process improvement, system efficiency, and new technologies.Desired Skills & ExperienceWorkday experience required.4-6 years' experience in HRIS.Bachelor's degree preferred.Project management experience.Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a team.Highly detail-oriented and excellent analytical and issue resolution skills.Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and assignments in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of employees and management.Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor
